Who we are

Founded in 2007 by Sophal Pot, OBT has been officially registered as a local NGO with the Cambodian Ministry of Interior since 2009.

We provide a safe, inclusive learning environment where children can access education and develop the skills needed for a better future.

Mission

OBT’s mission is to provide quality education and personal development opportunities to children from disadvantaged rural families, regardless of their background or financial situation.

Most children attending OBT come from farming families living on very low incomes, often around 300 USD per year. For these families, access to education support is essential.

We believe education is one of the most powerful tools to break the cycle of poverty and create long-term change.
